Shower Block. Washing up area, Tents and Camping Pods.
The Pods are for those who want the experience of camping - but not under canvas.

Lambing Live Mains Farm style!

Robert drew in the crowds yesterday by catching a sheep that was lambing and delivered healthy twins in the middle of the camp site. Newcastle, Sunderland, Hartlepool and Blackpool fans all came together to witness new life taking place at Mains Farm Caravan Site.
Reactions varied from amazement to utter shock......the Ewe licking the wet, new born lambs was too much for some!

After two weeks of great ' lambing weather ' today we have had force ten gale's - trees down between the Farm and the Village - sleet and snow. Poor little things and that is just me and Julie . . . . The lambs are coping well !

First lambs today mother and lambs doing fine, long way to go the fields look full of full looking ewes hope the weather stays dry.
