C2C Cycle Holiday Package
We offer a complete 4 day standard package, outlined below, variations on which can be easily catered for, and can effectively act as your personal C2C concierge. We have experience handling everything from getting you to the start point, collecting you at the end of each daily stage, organising your meals and accommodation in between, and finally picking you up from the finish line.

Standard Itinerary
Any variation available on request, tailored to your specific needs.
- Day 1.
- Arrive at the Mains Farm Camp Site, with the choice of overnight accommodation in either our authentic Converted Stable Bunk-House, our Static Caravan, with a double and a single bedroom, or our idyllic 10 - pitch Orchard campsite.
- Day 2.
- Breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen, then we will transfer you by people carrier/minibus with bike transporter to Whitehaven, and cycle back to the Mains, where you can shower and your kit will be waiting for you in your bunkhouse.
(*In the unlikely event of you struggling to make it from Whitehaven to Kirkoswald, we do offer a collection service from the Penrith area.) - Day 3.
- Breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen again, then cycle onto Allenheads/Alston where we will arrange accommodation for you, tailored to your needs and using our broad range of affiliated accommodation providers, and deliver your equipment to your stopover point.
- Day 4.
- Complete the journey onto your finishing line, where we will be there to meet you and transport you and your bike back to the Mains (via your Day 3 stopping point to collect your kit) for a refreshing shower, and giving you the option of departure or another nights accommodation and breakfast before you leave for home.

Facilities
We have fantastic facilities, including:
- Shower and toilet block in a converted stable
- Secure cycle parking
- Tools available free of charge for bicycle repair and maintenance
- An undercover eating area with Barbecue and Log Burner
- Ample parking for any support vehicles
- Two pubs less than a mile from the site, serving bar meals, for which we will happily book a table in advance. We will even provide transport to and from the Pub for those who’s legs can’t make it.
- Microwave and Kettle facilities available in our Static Caravan, which is open to all campers.
- Breakfasts and packed lunches tailored to your needs.
- Drying Room.

Options of accommodation available:
- Campsite in the tranquil Walled Apple Orchard.
- Static Caravan with 1 Double and 1 Single Bedroom
- New for 2010! Bunkhouse available in a converted traditional sandstone courtyard. Three houses, each with bunk beds for 4 people.
- And for something completely different, a Traditional Gypsy Caravan to sleep two is also available.
